Note: The Chinese version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Effective Date: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and {{OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME}} (the "Service Operator"). By accessing or using iching123.app and its associated domains (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description and Accounts
1.1 Service Overview
The Service provides free access to the original text of the 64 hexagrams and 384 lines of the I Ching (Zhou Yi), plus paid access to vernacular translations, annotations, and interpretation examples. The Service is operated by {{OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME}}, governed by {{JURISDICTION}} law.
1.2 Account and Login
You may create an account using one-time password (OTP) authentication via email. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Sharing accounts, deceptive login, or impersonation is prohibited.
1.3 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Pricing and Payment
Paid content access is priced at $49 USD (early-bird rate), reverting to $99 USD in the future. Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance. All transactions are processed by Stripe per its User Agreement.
2.2 Definition of "Lifetime"
Purchased access rights remain valid during the Service's operational lifetime. "Lifetime" means the normal operational period of the Service and does not guarantee perpetual access. If the Service ceases operations, we will notify users 30 days in advance.
2.3 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If unsatisfied within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Submit refund requests from your original purchase email to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. Upon approval, your access to paid content is immediately revoked and cannot be restored.
2.4 Refund Limitations
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days are typically denied (except for technical failures or fraud)
- Paid content is a digital product; delivery constitutes use; refund means forfeiting access rights
- Repeated downloads followed by refund requests may be denied
